He is currently a General Partner at ICONIQ, following a 14‑year tenure as Chairman and CEO of Coupa Software, where he scaled the company from startup to a public leader in Business Spend Management. His career also includes senior roles at SuccessFactors, Siebel Systems, McKinsey, and Accenture, supported by an MBA from Harvard Business School. Earlier, Rob drove global product marketing and management at SuccessFactors, helping lead the company to a successful IPO. At Siebel Systems, he was part of the founding team for Employee Relationship Management, contributing to its rapid growth.
