River Birch Partners, LLC is a New England-based private investment firm engaged in equity investments in profitable private companies in the lower middle market. We have no outside capital and approach investments with a long-term perspective. Our principals invest their own capital in and work alongside the management of lower middle market companies to patiently grow long-term value. Our equity investments are personal, as we invest our own capital and dedicate significant time and resources to each company with which we partner to create enduring value over the long term. We are highly selective when it comes to selecting our partners.
