Ricky Caplin is the Founder and Chairman of a Jacksonville‑based venture capital firm providing funding and shared services for startups and early‑stage businesses. He previously founded The HCI Group, one of the largest global healthcare IT consulting firms, and led its 2017 merger with Tech Mahindra, where he became a senior global executive overseeing digital transformation in healthcare. His career reflects a consistent focus on entrepreneurship, healthcare innovation, and leadership.
