Richard Ware, Angel Investor

As an angel investor, Richard Ware has backed Proxy Foods, a food tech startup whose AI platform helps food and beverage companies speed up product development. Richard came in at the seed stage, joining the round in which Proxy Foods raised a total of $6M. He took part as a participating investor. A nuclear physicist by training, Richard serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board at Mars Netherlands. He has spent about 35 years with Mars, Incorporated, the family-owned maker of food and pet care products.
