Richard Sun, Angel Investor

Richard Sun is a Co-founder of EasyKale Labs, Mississippi Coding Academies, and Mississippi CodeWorks. He is a strategist and visionary for The Enhanced Mississippi Model for EdTech. He is an investor, advisor, senior executive, or board member in over 30 startups and early-stage high-potential companies and a lead investor or senior executive in nine of them. As the Chair of Innovate Mississippi, he initiated a Strategic Rethink that added entrepreneurial Board members and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. Richard has invested over $230 million of institutional private equity in early-stage companies, 85% of which were successful, and invested through Sun & Co. in eleven start-up and early-stage companies.
