Richard Moore, Angel Investor

Richard Moore is an angel investor with more than 70 investments focused on deep technology, SaaS, marketplaces, and applied AI. His investments include Arkose Labs, a cybersecurity company; Clipchamp, a video editing platform; Cake Equity, an equity management platform for startups; and Ubaryon, a uranium enrichment technology company. His investment activity has primarily focused on early-stage companies. He has supported founders with capital, fundraising, financial structuring, and strategic guidance, and has been recognized as Australia's Most Active Angel Investor for three years. Richard has been a self-employed Angel Investor and Advisor since 2013 and is the founder of Convergence Capital Australia. Previously, he served as CEO of Dark Blue Sea, an ASX-listed internet company specializing in domain names and online advertising, for nine years before its acquisition in 2010.
