Richard Katzman, Angel Investor

Richard Katzman is an angel investor in early-stage companies and has been a member of New York Angels since 2013. He's a Member of the Board of Directors of Noodle Education, a tech-enabled strategy and services partner for higher education. He's also a Principal at Vapor LLC where he offers consulting and angel investing. In addition, he's a Director at the Forum Merger Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that went public for the purpose of merging with a private company, which will benefit from our investment and strategic support, to create substantial value over time.
