RCG was founded in 2017 with the goal of identifying the most promising private equity deals and providing direct access to family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Our roots stem from our years of experience as a family office participating in and managing our own direct alternative investments. With the growth of the private market over the last decade and the increasing demand for direct deal exposure, we decided to partner with other families to exploit this gap in the marketplace and formalize the investment operation.
