Rethink Impact

Rethink Impact is the largest US-based impact venture capital firm investing with a gender lens, backing mission-driven founders who use technology to solve the world’s biggest problems. It closed its third and largest fund at more than $250 million, with a primary focus on companies with female CEOs or women in senior C-level roles. It invests in healthcare, economic opportunity, environmental sustainability, and education, leading or co-investing in late seed through Series C rounds with checks of $2 million to $10 million. Investments include Spring Health, Evidation, Guild Education, and Ellevest. Beyond capital, it supports portfolio companies with fundraising, talent acquisition, and brand building around their mission. Rethink targets capital-efficient software and marketplaces with $500,000 to $15 million in annual recurring revenue on a path to $50 million to $100 million within five years, and will consider later-stage deals with strong mission fit. It believes the next generation of extraordinary companies will find success through a relentless pursuit of mission for the benefit of all communities.
