We invest in early-stage companies (primarily Seed) that are post-product with early product-market fit within our theses: ▪ Thesis i: The biggest challenges we face in society represent the biggest opportunities for profitable, scaled solutions. In areas like Clean Energy, Mobility, AgTech, AI, Healthcare, and Future of Work, these companies often have the most dedicated workforces and the strongest tailwinds. These are venture-scale businesses where profitability and positive impacts are inextricably intertwined. ▪ Thesis ii: Success in VC is fundamentally about seeing markets that others miss. When investors ignore entire classes of founders, by definition, they miss out on venture-scale opportunities that only those founders can see. These women, historically excluded and overlooked founders, are among the most resilient and compelling leaders and are able to attract the best talent to their companies. These businesses need not be pure Impact.
