CRITERIA ▪ Management team with at least one full-time founder of color – Black, Latina/o/x, Indigenous, Asian American, Pacific Islander ▪ Building in the outdoor, fitness, health and wellness, or sustainability markets: —Apparel, Footwear, Gear —Experiences and Services —Consumer Technology —Consumer Packaged Goods —Sustainability ▪ Post-market or generating revenue ▪ Ability for Path Ahead Ventures and REI to provide strong added value and strategic alignment with the co-op ▪ Company is incorporated in the United States or Canada
