Red Iron Partners, LLC is a private investment firm seeking investment opportunities in manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. We wish to partner with business owners/operators to help achieve their goals, whether those include a sale of all or a portion of the business, capital to grow, or simply the desire to remove the stress of debt. Our mission is to create interesting investment opportunities for our investors while achieving those goals. Investment Criteria Red Iron Partners focuses on businesses with revenue between $2 million and $40 million and EBITDA between $500,000 and $2 million. We are interested in a wide variety of transactions in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. We have significant experience dealing with family-owned businesses and succession planning issues. We also have experience structuring both equity and mezzanine deals. Red Iron Partners will not invest in turnarounds, although we will invest in profitable businesses that may be overleveraged. We are generally not interested in real estate, retail operations, or start-up/early-stage companies without a proven history of profitability.
