Red Cove Capital, LLC "RCC" is a residential focused investment company that provides capital to developers, owners and operators nationally. RCC provides a range of senior, bridge ($50mm min - $150mm), mezzanine, preferred ($12mm min up to $250mm), joint venture equity ($35mm min up to $300mm) and GP capital to finance a variety of multifamily transactions including portfolio restructures, acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, repositioning and development. Over the past 15 years, the principals have invested in over ~27,000 units, in excess of ~90 deals across ~50 different partnerships nationally with over ~$1.7 billion of capital invested.
