We are a top partner to VCs in providing secondary liquidity on tail-end portfolio companies and orphaned positions, allowing VCs to fully realize and close out their 10- to 20-year-old funds. On the secondary side, we work with both the back-office and investing teams of many of the top 50 VC firms to find the best solutions for tail-end fund liquidity, with extensive experience in secondary direct, portfolio, and continuation vehicle transactions.
