Ray Croghan is a serial investor and entrepreneur. In 1980, Mr. Croghan joined Applied Communications, Inc., now ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW, www.aciworldwide.com). He was appointed CEO and President of ACI in 1987, a year after the company was acquired by U.S. West. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Croghan ran Croghan & Associates, Inc., a healthcare information technology firm, which merged with Margolis Health Enterprise to form The TriZetto Group. In 1999, Trizetto went public. In 2008, Apax Partners took TriZetto private in a transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion. Mr. Croghan is a member of the Board of Directors of Crocs (NASDAQ: Crox), Firehost (www.firehost.com), and Contatta (www.contatta.com). He is an investor in Sojern (www.sojern.com), LogRhythmn (www.logrhythm.com), Yieldex (www.yieldex.com) and Backjoy (www.backjoy.com). He serves on the Board of Trustees, at Doane College of Crete, Nebraska.
