Randy Whitehead & Company, L.L.C., is a private equity investment firm that is primarily engaged in deploying and allocating proprietary permanent capital across a spectrum of real asset and financial asset investments. We invest in real assets such as direct investments in real estate, mining/oil/gas interests, infrastructure interests, gold/silver/palladium and other precious and strategic metals. Our financial asset investments include such instruments as stocks, units, bonds, options and other derivatives, including non-control, minority interests and LP interests. Certain real assets also include opportunistic and value add investments in real estate development projects in progress, from time to time.
