Rajesh Makhija is a Digital, AI, and CX Technology Executive, Advisor, Strategist, and Angel Investor. Rajesh is Executive Director & CEO at Gestalt Digital Inc. an AI & Advance Analytics product and solutions firm. Rajesh is also Executive Director & President at MCorpCX, a leading customer experience management company delivering consulting, design, and technology solutions. Previously, until May 2018, Rajesh was the CEO of Mphasis Wyde and Eldorado, leading Policy Admin Software product companies respectively for the Life / P&C Insurance and Health Insurance sectors. Rajesh led a quick pace complete turnaround of Eldorado & Mphasis Wyde during his 4 years tenure. As a corporate leader and a member of the Executive Council, Rajesh served as the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Chief Marketing Office of Mphasis Group, earlier part of HP, now a Blackstone Group Company, from 2014-2018. An experienced presenter, Rajesh has been a guest lecturer at multiple universities in the U.S. & India. He is often called upon to share his insight in cross-industry forums on next-generation technologies affecting enterprise business operations. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Wharton Business School. In his personal life, he is an avid follower of the NBA, NFL & Cricket, and also an active sportsperson with a passion for tennis, golf, and volleyball.
