Quince Associates

John P. Hill, Jr. is the CEO of Quince Associates, a privately held company, as well as One Cleveland Finance. Mr. Hill has been involved in the financing and development of companies in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate, education, broadcasting, energy, and media production. Prior to 1995 Mr. Hill was the chief financial officer for several privately held retail and restaurant companies. From 1982 to 1984, he worked for The Cooperative Housing Foundation, a contractor for the U.S. Agency for International Development. Mr. Hill, a CPA, received a degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
