Quartz Lake Capital is a private equity real estate investor and manager. Founded by K. Jay Weaver, Quartz Lake focuses on value-add and opportunistic equity investments in existing and development assets. Quartz Lake invests directly and through joint ventures. We target primary and liquid secondary markets in the United States, with a predisposition to urban markets with live/work/play environments and infill suburban submarkets. In addition to direct equity, Quartz Lake will consider preferred equity, platform, and participating loan investments.
