Quadrum Global is an integrated development, investment management, and advisory group focused on real estate opportunities. We currently manage in excess of $1bn in investor capital spread across the US, UK, and select emerging markets. The team has been investing in world-class real estate since 2005. Quadrum is headed up by its founder and CEO, Oleg Pavlov, and is operated through a number of offices and affiliated platforms in the US, UK, and Central Europe. The company’s focus is on distressed, value-add, repositioning, and development opportunities for assets across a variety of sectors in order to create long-term value. Quadrum has committed a significant proportion of its invested capital to the US market, predominantly in the hospitality and residential sectors. Quadrum’s US hotel portfolio includes properties in New York (two of which are branded with Quadrum’s Arlo Brand), Chicago, Miami, and Orlando. Its residential portfolio includes multifamily developments in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Jersey City. Quadrum has recently made a move into the senior-living sector with the creation of Avida.
