Quadec Private Capital is an independent private capital firm pursuing investments in outstanding companies in the United States with EBITDA between $2 million and $20 million. Quadec seeks to align companies and management teams with the appropriate capital structure to create enduring value. We invest in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, business services and industrial services. ​We are particularly focused on situations where management or current business owners are seeking a liquidity event, but also have a desire to retain a meaningful ownership stake and pursue organic and acquisitive growth. Our role is to support management with strategic guidance and our ability to identify, evaluate, and execute add-on acquisition opportunities.
