Proximity Capital is a private equity firm that is focused on the safe store of investor capital, the reduction of income tax liability, and the creation of wealth through real estate and business acquisitions in hospitality. We increase the capital available to our investment partners by reducing their income tax liability over time. We grow our partners' capital by investing in distressed commercial assets and development opportunities. We purchase distressed hotels and rebrand them under the Boardwalk Suites Brand. We partner with national gas and retail franchises to locate and develop land into successful businesses.
