Profusion Private Asset Fund

We invest on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth clients via private real estate funds into direct, opportunistic assets either wholly owned or with proven, expert operating partners. PPAF is an open-ended, opportunistic private real estate fund that invests in both commercial and residential property across multiple US markets. Our investments are either wholly owned and managed and/or part of larger, institutionally sponsored real estate projects with expert operating partners with whom we have long-term relationships and institutional capital partners. The Principals of the Fund have over 25 years of combined real estate and investment management experience; including acquisitions, asset management, and fund management duties. Third-party property managers and service professionals will be utilized when needed, including legal, tax, and accounting.
