Paddy is a former CEO, Founder, CRO, CCO, and General Manager with a passion and expertise in B2B SaaS. Over the past two decades, he has built and successfully exited multiple companies with enterprise and PLG sales motions. Paddy was the founder and CEO of AnsweriQ (an AI-based customer service automation start-up) which was acquired by Freshworks in 2020. Previously, he was CEO of Aditi Technologies (2006-2014), a cloud consulting company, and grew the business 15x, leading to a successful transaction with Symphony and Harman. Paddy also served as General Manager at Microsoft, where he spent 12 years (1994-2006) working across all product, sales, channel, and business development aspects. Paddy is an active board member, investor, and growth advisor for a few start-ups. He was the President of TIE Seattle and served on the board of the Washington Technology Association for several years.
