Plug and Play is a seed and early-stage investor focused on exceptional teams building emerging growth companies. The firm operates 12 industry-specific accelerator programs twice a year, providing a platform for major corporations and high-quality startups to connect, collaborate, and drive innovation. Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, Plug and Play invests in Seed, Angel, and Series A rounds, frequently co-investing alongside strategic partners. Over years of active involvement in the startup ecosystem, the firm has built a world-class network of serial entrepreneurs, strategic investors, and industry leaders who support its growing investment portfolio. While our primary investment stage is Pre-Seed to Series A, we invest at all stages when there is strong momentum and a clear strategic fit. We look for companies addressing large and growing markets, typically $10 billion or more, or markets undergoing structural change, with the ambition and potential to scale to $100 million or more in annual recurring revenue. We invest in exceptional founders with deep domain expertise and a strong understanding of the problem they are solving. Execution capability, resilience, speed, and coachability are critical, especially in the early stages. We value complementary founding teams that combine technical excellence with strong product and commercial execution and who seek a long-term partnership rather than just capital.
