We focus on companies with unique and defendable products or services that have earned a favorable market reputation operating in industries including consumer products, energy, healthcare, business services and general industrials. INVESTMENT CRITERIA ▪ Size EBITDA of $3.0 to $20.0 million and larger. ▪ Equity Investment Typically $5 to $50 million of equity capital; however, with our partners, we have the ability to invest substantially more. ▪ Geography Significant operations in the U.S. ▪ Business Model Established, well-run lower middle market companies with proven business models.
