Formed in 2004, Pine Street Capital Partners provides capital to lower middle market companies (typically $10- $75 million in revenue). We invest with experienced and committed management teams in established companies, providing mezzanine and equity capital. Our investment size ranges from $3 million to $12 million, though we have the ability to bring in co-investors for larger capital needs. We believe our investment structure is attractive in the right situations in that it provides needed capital while allowing the existing or new owners to retain a greater level of ownership and control of the company.
