Pieter Abbeel, Angel Investor

Pieter Abbeel is an angel investor who has made over a dozen investments across AI, robotics, and machine learning. His most recent portfolio includes Engram, an AI startup; Config, a developer tools company; Perplexity, an AI-powered search engine; and Gantry, an ML infrastructure firm. He has participated in seed, Series A, and Series B rounds, supporting companies at both early and scaling stages. Pieter currently serves as Distinguished Scientist, VP, and Scholar at Amazon, while continuing his role as Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where he has taught since 2008.
