Piedmont Venture Capital is a privately owned firm providing corporate finance services to early-stage and growth-stage companies. Our concentration is in the areas of capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory. At Piedmont Venture Capital, our primary function is to provide unique and creative funding structures for our clients through our extensive network of lenders and investors. With this in mind, we’ve structured our services to include several important aspects of the funding process. As a firm, we have three primary focuses: growth-stage companies with long-term upside and a strong management team; early-stage companies in the Technology, SaaS, Medical Device, and Energy industries; and operating companies that need to recapitalize corporate debt, or are positioned for M&A opportunities. Regardless of the scenario of the opportunity, we want to be in a position to assist our clients for the entire lifecycle of the venture.
