Philip Rathle, Angel Investor

Philip Rathle is an angel investor focused on artificial intelligence, developer tools, and data infrastructure startups. His investments include Mem0, an AI memory platform, Keye, an AI-powered enterprise software startup, and runQL, a developer data platform. His investment activity has spanned pre-seed, seed, and Series A financings. Philip participated in the Series A round for Mem0, where the company raised a total of $20M, along with the seed rounds for Keye and runQL, which raised a total of $5M and CA$1.6M, respectively. Philip has served as Chief Technology Officer at Neo4j for over three years, leading the company's technology strategy. Before becoming CTO, he spent 11 years as Neo4j's SVP of Products, helping scale the business from its Series A stage through later growth rounds.
