My career has been full of building products, hiring great people, creating customer love, and investing. I've started 3 companies, sold one, and have worked in and around venture-backed companies for about a decade. Today you can find me at Torch where I help our customers develop their people with coaching programs. In my spare time, I work on some side projects and occasionally angel invest. I'm a student of all things coaching and behavioral change, and I love the world of fintech and investing. I also love playing lacrosse & pickleball, hiking, slowly improving my cooking, and writing. I call Columbus, OH home.
