Peter Briger, Angel Investor

Peter Briger backs early-stage companies as an angel investor, focusing mainly on financial technology, data, real estate, and e-commerce. His latest investees are Multiplier, which builds AI software for asset managers, commercial real estate marketplace Biproxi, and location data provider SafeGraph. Most of Peter's deals have been seed rounds, with SafeGraph's Series A the one exception. The companies raised totals ranging from $3M to $16M in these rounds, including a $10.2M seed round for Stella. He has spent nearly 25 years at Fortress Investment Group, where he is executive chairman of the board. For about four years, Peter has also been a lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
