Perkin Industries is not a private equity firm. Not a traditional one at least. And we most definitely are not Venture Capitalists. We do not buy companies. Rather we buy into companies with the objective of becoming a value-added partner to the owners and operators. We are not looking to buy into a company and sell it or flip it. We are long-term partners in each of our companies.
