Peng Zhao, Angel Investor

Peng Zhao is an angel investor with a portfolio that includes Kalshi, where he participated in its Series C round. Kalshi is a regulated financial exchange that allows trading on event outcomes. It raised $185M in its Series C round in June 2025. Peng is CEO of Citadel Securities, where he has held leadership roles for two decades. He is also a Founding Board Member of The Asian American Foundation.
