Pelham has affiliated with several very different funds ($150 million - $2 billion fund sizes) and is actively seeking appropriate acquisition/investment opportunities. Pelham’s partners are well-known firms with strong reputations for responsiveness, decisive decision-making, creative deal structuring, and “doing what they say they will do.” Investment Criteria ▪ Target Company revenues range between $20million and $1.5 billion. ▪ EBITDA $2mm- $200 million for healthy companies, but can be negative for distressed companies. ▪ Not interested in start-ups with negative EBITDA.
