Peer Richelsen, Angel Investor

Peer Richelsen is the Co‑Founder and Chairman of Cal.com, a scheduling platform with the ambitious mission of connecting a billion people by 2031. Before Cal.com, he was Head of Product at On Deck, where he managed product strategy and team growth, following the acquisition of his startup Lean Hire, which connected YC founders with short‑term projects. Earlier, Peer co‑founded Mage App, one of the first German startups accepted into Y Combinator’s W19 batch. He scaled the company to serve over 50,000 customers across Europe and the U.S., raising nearly $1M in funding and leading product and engineering. His entrepreneurial journey began with Bordifies.com, an early venture in custom design. As an investor, Peer has supported startups such as telli, Twenty, Retell AI, and formbricks, reflecting his focus on emerging technology, productivity, and developer‑centric tools.
