Pathfinder Companies is a family office and private equity firm that provides investment and advisory services. Our permanent capital base provides flexibility with timing, investment structure, and hold period – our decision process centers around what is best for our companies, not funds. We target both control and “hands-on” minority investments, having made more than 50 investments collectively over our respective careers. Our current portfolio includes six control investments and several minority investments.
