Board Director and former CEO with over 30 years of successful experience in the life sciences industry. As former EVP of the Pharma Divisions at Sanofi, Pascale Witz led the worldwide businesses of Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Oncology, Immuno-Inflammation, Renal, Biosurgery and Consumer Healthcare Currently, she serves on the board of publicly listed companies Fresenius Medical Care, Revvity, and Regulus Therapeutics, and previously of Horizon Therapeutics and Tesaro Bio. Also serves as Chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee at Insead, as Senior Advisor to Bain Consulting, and as advisor & angel investor in early-stage companies. A molecular biologist and an engineer with an MBA from INSEAD, Pascale has extensive experience and expertise in various sectors including Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, and Digital Health.
