We target profitable businesses with around $10-30M+ in ARR, and focus on industries where we bring an edge: through a thesis we've built, an executive we trust, or past experience solving similar challenges. We back both vertical and horizontal software companies, always where our network, operating expertise, and close relationships with our management teams can accelerate revenue, expand margins, and increase value. Through our partnership with Big Band Software, ParkerGale also invests in software businesses with less than $10M in ARR, backing a select group of smaller, high-quality companies traditionally overlooked by traditional investors.
