Parker Jou, Angel Investor

Parker Jou is an angel investor with investments in Halliday, a blockchain‑based gaming and commerce platform, and Router Protocol, a cross‑chain infrastructure project. Both companies operate in the crypto and Web3 technology sectors. He has participated in Halliday’s $20 million Series A round and Router Protocol’s venture round. Parker is also Co‑Founder of Caldera, where he has served as CTO for over four years. His earlier experience includes research and engineering internships at Waymo and NVIDIA, focusing on machine learning and software development.
