Paolo DiVincenzo, Angel Investor

Paolo DiVincenzo is currently the CEO of ExitHero and the founder of OpsAssembly, a part-time collective that connects operators with startups facing critical challenges. He previously co-founded and led Inorganic, a bootstrapped startup acquisition platform, which he successfully sold to ExitHero in March 2026. Before Inorganic, Paolo spent over four years as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Basis State, where he focused on finding exit opportunities for sub-scale software startups. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at companies including ServerBid, Windsor Circle, MediaMath, and Bidtellect, building a track record across operations, growth, and strategy in the tech sector. He is also an angel investor, with a known investment in EyeQuant, a UX and conversion optimization platform that uses AI to predict user attention and behavior.
