PACE Program (Madion, IN)

The primary goal of the PACE Grant Program is to promote economic development by encouraging proper exterior historic rehabilitation and preservation of both residential and commercial properties located within the City of Madison. This program provides eligible private property owners with funds to aid in their rehabilitation or preservation projects.
