Overeasy Ventures

We are pre-seed and seed investors in consumer brands, consumer software, enterprise software, and prop-tech ventures founded by modern creators. We find, fund, and help businesses that impact the end-user who is a consumer. Overeasy Ventures (“OEV”) began as a virtual meetup group in April 2020 as a way to learn from founders and investors in different industries. OEV decided that rather than invest in just one company, we should invest in multiple companies. Since December 2020, we have invested in 11 companies, and our check size ranges from $25,000 to $100,000.
