Ouabache Investments was established by the Weaver family of Weaver Popcorn, the world’s largest popcorn company, but the investment company is a separate, standalone entity. We operate much like a private equity fund, but since we are funded by a family office, we do not have the traditional private equity limitations. We are active investors and believe in bringing operational expertise to assist in long-term growth. We seek to find good companies that have demonstrated strong growth potential in markets that are growing and are on-trend. ▪ TARGET SECTORS Exclusively agriculture, food, and beverage firms focused heavily on manufacturing companies. ▪ SITUATIONS Investment required to fund substantial growth. Synergistic with Ouabache, thus allowing active participation. ▪ COMPANY SIZE $1 – 4MM EBITDA. Will consider smaller investments with a significant strategic fit.
