Founded in 2017, OTRA is a private multi-strategy alternative investment firm primarily focused on credit asset, complimented by strategic and conviction driven private equity and real asset investments. OTRA provides bespoke debt solutions, with minimal dilution (if any), to early stage $1m+ revenue generating companies primarily in technology, emerging software, IoT, and tech enabled services. Our capital enables companies to extend the runway in order to reach important milestones prior to or between equity rounds to put them in a position to raise money on more favorable terms. OTRA explores early stage equity investments in our existing credit portfolio companies when we see a longer term partnership opportunity beyond being just their short term debt provider. We seek scenarios where our capital and value add resources foster growth and align long term interests in a mutually beneficial partnership.
