ORIX Capital Partners (“OCP”) is an industry and operationally-focused middle-market private equity team dedicated to utilizing a thematic and industry-driven investment approach and in-house operating expertise to buy and build companies of significant and sustainable value. We provide patient capital, access to transformational industry relationships, and strategic and operational guidance to companies in the industrial services and business services sectors. OCP targets control investments in North American middle market companies with $10M to $75M of EBITDA where we can invest $75M to $250M of equity. OCP looks for profitable and scalable businesses with promising organic and inorganic growth potential, differentiated products and services, excellent leadership, positive culture, and strong customer relationships. Our in-house portfolio operations team works closely with management teams to improve operations and increase revenue and profitability through strategic value-creation programs.
