In 2007, we wanted to invest in real estate to build and protect our own wealth and found that the best opportunities were offered only to large institutional investors. Unhappy with this lack of access, we founded Origin Investments to enhance the lives of individuals through real estate investments. We have personally invested more than $91 million alongside our investors since Origin’s inception1 and we compensate our team based on performance to ensure alignment.
