Oregon CHIPS Manufacturing and Research Grant Program

This Governor’s Strategic Reserve Fund-supported grant is dedicated to supporting Oregon businesses with grant funds to private sector companies that are applying for CHIPS Act funding. The state funding will assist the smaller semiconductor industry suppliers (with 500 full-time equivalent employees (FTE) or less) throughout Oregon and create economic development opportunities for multiple communities. The funding will be distributed as grants to private semiconductor firms in Oregon to help with costs associated with preparing an application, including third-party costs or professional services.
