Orchard Investment Partners is an independently owned secondary investment firm led and advised by a team of private equity industry veterans. Orchard is exclusively focused on investing in private equity-backed continuation vehicles and related transactions where it can serve as a value-added partner to financial sponsors and their management teams. The development of GP-led continuation vehicles represents a major innovation in private equity markets, creating a new opportunity to invest more deliberately in higher quality, lower risk assets. However, we believe thoughtfully investing in these transactions requires a different skillset than offered by traditional secondary funds.
