We will back entrepreneurs in three complex & dynamic sectors: insurance, healthcare, and industrial automation. We are seeking a positive, symbiotic relationship between the ~40% of the American workforce in these sectors and these new, exciting technologies. We believe that the early and late stage distinction is overrated. Early-stage companies can scale faster and with fewer resources than ever before, and late-stage companies can still exhibit power-law dynamics. More than this, we believe our superpower lies in connecting the horse-shoe ends of early and late stages, as energetic talent recycles, path-breaking insights light the way forward, and promising sparks grow rapidly into industry leaders.
